Attendance Policy forTai Tai Outings (not applicable to other EAS activities)
1. Tai Tai Outings are open to anyone who is either an Expat Association Suzhou (EAS) Member OR a Suzhou Expat Resident.
2. Tai Tai Outings are also open to guests who are accompanied by (under the responsibility of) a person who is an EAS Member AND a Suzhou Resident. The Tai Tai Director must receive written confirmation from the responsible person before the Outing's Payment Due Date.
3. Attendance is on a First Come - First Served basis but your spot for an Outing will not be held until full Payment is received unless other arrangements have been made with the Tai Tai Director.
4. Final approval of attendance for any Outing is at the sole discretion of the current Tai Tai Director.
5. Payment must be received on or before the Payment Due Date which will be noon on the Friday before each Outing unless other arrangements have been made with the Tai Tai Director.
6. Refunds will be given before the Payment Due Date unless a minimum required sign-up number is posted for an Outing. Refunds after the Payment Due Date will be at the discretion of the Tai Tai Director.
7. Attendance requests received after the Payment Due Date will be added to a Waiting List.
8. If you need to cancel out after the Payment Due Date, please do so by 8 pm on the night before the Outing so that Waiting List people have a chance to attend.
9. If you need to cancel on the day of the event, please call or text the Tai Tai Director on her mobile after 6:30 am.
